We are looking to rent the first floor of our two storey home. The area consists of two well sized bedrooms, a separate living area and a separate toilet. The area is air conditioned.
Utility bills (Electricity, Water) will be shared among all occupants of the house. However we have a 4KW solar system and tenant will get the benefit of that in the form of reduced bills.
Laundry facilities are available downstairs.
It is furnished with a TV unit, a bar fridge, two single beds, a microwave oven and a toaster.
We are looking for a person with a quiet lifestyle while at home, as we have a toddler who has fixed sleeping times.
Willing to negotiate on rent slightly if we find the right type of personality.
Please note that there are NO conventional cooking facilities available and the space would suit someone who has lunch at work and does not need to cook for dinner or is okay with microwave cooking as an oven is available upstrairs.
Cleaning of the area will be the tenant's responsibility and there will be a cleaning inspection once a month.
